IMF approves $179m for Ghana, repeats calls for fuel subsidy review

The board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has approved for disbursement to Ghana, some 179 million dollars under its extended credit facility program.
The amount represents the final disbursement of the 581 million dollars due the country under the facility.
